How long will my delivery take?
At Omega Equine we know how important your purchase is to you so that is why we offer a next day (working day) delivery service. This is available on all orders placed over the phone or via the website before 2pm and to UK addresses.
What happens if I'm not in at the time of deliver?
If you know you will not be in at the time/day of delivery then please include any special instructions at the time of ordering. This can be to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. If this is not possible and the item cannot be delivered to you then a card will be left through your letterbox to help rearrange the delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
The standard delivery cost is £3.50 for postage and packaging per order to UK addresses.
I am an International customer, how much will delivery be?
The International postage charge will depend on the items you plan to order and which country delivery is to. For any International queries please email info@omegaequine.co for accurate costs and timings.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready for dispatch you will receive an email and/or text message with the tracking details of your purchase, this way you can change and amend your delivery preferences if needed.
What happens if I've missed my order for the second time?
If the courier has failed to deliver your purchase twice then the parcel will be returned to us, in this instance we would require you to contact our team on 01798 817603 or email info@omegaequine.co for more help.
What happens if my parcel is damaged?
In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit we would request that you contact the office on 01798 81677 or info@omegaequine.co for more information on what to do next.
